Delivery & Return Policy
1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

Depending on the product type & printing/assembly requirements, some orders may take up to 3-4 business days for fulfillment. (Examples: All-Over-Printing, Embroidery etc.)
2. Shipping Time / Delivery Estimates

Once dispatched, domestic delivery usually takes 4-7 business days, depending on shipping method and your location (postcode/pincode).

International delivery times will vary by destination. Delivery charges and Any duties, customs, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Shipping Costs & Modes

We offer different shipping modes (eg. Standard / Express / Air / Surface) depending on what is available in your area.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, package size, and delivery zone/pincode.

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available with an extra charge.
4. Add-On Services

Optional extras such as box packaging, gift wrap, or custom letters may be added for additional cost.

These add-ons are optional and will be clearly listed during checkout.
5. Shipping Delays

If delivery is delayed due to any reason (weather, courier issues, high demand etc.), we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised delivery estimate.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, or incorrect address).
6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details (if provided by the courier).

Please allow some time for courier tracking status to update in the system.
7. Undelivered / Lost Shipments

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours for assistance.

If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect address, absence, or non-contactability, it may be returned to us (Return to Origin – RTO). Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

For suspected lost packages (not delivered more than 10 business days after dispatch), we will investigate with the courier and either issue a refund or resend the item, depending on availability.

Return Policy
1. Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and the original packaging intact.

A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or payment receipt) is required for all returns or exchanges.
2. Return Policy

Returns are applicable only in cases of quality issues such as damaged, or incorrect items, Please check the size-chart for right size.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, report it to us within 24 hours of delivery for a prompt resolution. Unfortunately, claims submitted after the 24-hour window will not be accepted.
3. Refund Processing

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
