Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or payment receipt) is required for all returns or exchanges.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, report it to us within 24 hours of delivery for a prompt resolution. Unfortunately, claims submitted after this 24‑hour window cannot be accepted.
3. Refund Processing

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 2–3 working days.
