Return/Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or payment receipt) is required for all returns or exchanges. 
     

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, report it to us within 24 hours of delivery for a prompt resolution. Unfortunately, claims submitted after this 24‑hour window cannot be accepted. 
     

3. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 2–3 working days.

  • In case of any delays, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
