Return/Exchange Policy

Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging. A valid proof of purchase or payment receipt is required for all returns.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours.
We will resolve the issue promptly. Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted. -
Refunds will be processed to your account within 2–3 working days. In the event of any unexpected delays, we will notify you via email at stylnovastore@gmail.com or through a WhatsApp message.
